We have our own mold making line, blowing line, injection line, and printing line, of which daily capacity is 100000 pieces , Our mold is made by Computer Numerical Control System with high accuracy and quality for mold, it only takes 5 days on CNC.

Our injection production line is focus on preform, caps and some injection component that used  together on bottles. The entire production line is antomatic line with several of professional equipments .

Our blowing line can be used for ordinary bottle blowing and injection blowing, normal blowing have 2 &4 cavity machine ,injection blowing have 2 cavity machine and full automatic injection high speed molding machine.

Our printing line can print 4 colours by printing machine automatically, it committed to providing customers with fast,convenient,efficient ,and high quality of UV silk-screen printing process.
