Shenzhen Halo Plastic Products Co., Ltd. was established in 2000 and locates in Shenzhen

It is in the designing and manufacturing various plastic molds for hollow bottles. 

2001

Our first factory expanded

The first injection line& blowing line are invested

The first mold making line & printing line have been built.

Offer more production capacity

Adding more production lines to meet the growing needs

Including eco-friendly material PPT stretch blow molding machines, and adding more production lines

Internal testing facilities set up

Establishment of   Research& Development Team (R&D), all design and making by ourself.

A complete Value-recreate system of Recycling material to finished product.

Installation of a strict standard system for production and quality control

Imported the automated blowing machine & injection equipment emphasizes efficiency and automation

Staff number reaches 150

Our products are widely used  for daily household, Sports , Cosmetics, baby ,food, toys of relevant products.

The advanced testers conduct  strict tests, our qualification rate is above 99.8%.

All of our bottle material are BPA free and only used the 100% virgin material that comply with food grade and EN71 , FDA, RoHS, HACCP certificates.
